IMZ, as part of INCOMS - largest East European electronic and telecommunication industry holding, is a plant for tools and special industrial equipment, till 1988 works primary for electronic and telecommunication industry, but later works for a lot of branches in industry as pharmacy, food and agricultural, textile etc. industry, packaging machines etc.

My primary activity was to design (or take participation as supervisor) in design and manufacturing a lot of kind of machines and equipment from simplest mechanical reducing gear to complex automated or robotic lines like complete line for SMT and SCARA robot's system. In order to improve this process - after some investigations about 1987 I began to introduce CAD/CAM systems, so since 1988 my department makes it's activities exclusive in this manner.

Also had a serious work on development special software as for mechanical design, as well for manufacturing on CNC machines.

• · 1999 May - DiamondLab- US - Senior mechanical designer (Project Leader) - project for development new Paintball gun with computer control (System include high pressure pneumatics, precision mechanics and electronic control)
• · Nov 1999 - Dec - receive H1B visa and start working in Allied Dynamics - an ISO9000/MilQ9858A/NATO AQAPS certified CNC machine shop in Englewood, NJ, USA as application engineer
• · Feb 2000 - contract with Austrian branch of HILTI - http://www.hilti.com HILTI(CH) is one of the world leaders in mechanized tools and tooling systems - manage project about involving new technology for cold forming by new (fourth generation) automatic presses for the main piston/hammer parts in their hand held series.
